Tabletop melter for up to 6 kg chocolate. The chocolate is melted evenly at low temperature. Temperatures can easily and accurate being set by an electronic thermostat. The heating is provided by an induction heating device. This guarantees a perfect preservation of all the characteristics of the chocolate during the melting and tempering process.
